Refunds Policy

Set down 2026-09-24. A commission that fails costs you nothing: its credits are restored to your balance automatically, before you think to ask. Purchased credits still unspent may be returned to the payment method that provided them. Write to [email protected] from your account email within fourteen days of the purchase, naming the transaction concerned. The house cannot return credits already spent on finished work, nor promotional or bonus credits, such as the courtesy added to larger packs — they carry no cash value. Approved refunds travel to the original payment method, ordinarily within five to ten business days, as the banks allow. All such matters are handled at [email protected].
