Set down 2026-08-14. A commission that fails costs you nothing: its credits are restored to your balance automatically, before you think to ask. Purchased credits still unspent may be returned to the payment method that provided them. Write to [email protected] from your account email within fourteen days of the purchase, naming the transaction concerned. The house cannot return credits already spent on finished work, nor bonus credits extended as a courtesy — they carry no cash value. Approved refunds travel to the original payment method, ordinarily within five to ten business days, as the banks allow. All such matters are handled at [email protected].
