Set down 2026-08-14. The studio keeps long hours — every hour, in intention — and is maintained with all commercially reasonable effort. We are candid about our dependence on the model houses: when one of them falters, the affected engine falters here as well, and so we decline to promise a fixed percentage of uptime that would not be ours to guarantee. What we do guarantee is the remedy: a commission that fails is refunded to your balance automatically. The studio never bills for silence. Maintenance, when required, is brief and arranged for the quietest hours. The concierge at [email protected] replies within one business day; through any extended interruption, unspent purchased credits remain refundable under the Refunds Policy.
